Delivery Terms

Threat Radar is delivered as a digital subscription service. The information below applies to all purchases made through the Threat Radar Billing section.

Available Delivery Methods

Service access is provided online via radar.offseq.com. No physical goods are shipped. Customers gain access using the email address and API key provided during onboarding.

Provisioning Time

Access to subscriptions and Pro Console features is normally granted immediately after successful payment authorisation. In the unlikely event of manual review, we complete activation within 24 hours and notify the customer via email. Services are available worldwide; our systems are operated from Latvia.

Delivery Fees

There are no shipping or handling fees for Threat Radar digital services. All prices displayed in the Billing section represent the full amount payable by the customer.
