Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of Threat Radar subscriptions and Pro Console upgrades. By completing a payment you agree to be bound by these terms as well as the accompanying Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Company Information
Threat Radar is provided by SEQ SIA (registration No. 40203410806), registered at Lastadijas 12 k-3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050. All services are operated from Latvia. For support please contact us at radar@offseq.com or call +371 2256 5353.
2. Services
Threat Radar provides access to curated cyber threat intelligence, API usage, and Pro Console tooling. Plans available for purchase inside the Billing area include monthly subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) and a one-time lifetime upgrade for Pro Console access. All offerings are delivered digitally via the user console and no physical items are shipped.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed in the Billing section are shown in EUR and include all applicable taxes (VAT 21%). Should your organisation require a VAT invoice, please contact our support team with your order reference within five (5) working days after payment.
4. Ordering Process
To complete a purchase you must:
- Select an available plan in the Billing section.
- Review the order summary (plan, price, billing interval, company information) and confirm acceptance of these Terms and the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Be redirected to EveryPay’s secure hosted payment page to provide your card details. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards.
- Upon successful payment you will receive on-screen confirmation. Subscription upgrades are applied immediately; lifetime Pro Console access activates within a few minutes.
5. Delivery of Services
Access to digital services is provisioned automatically once payment confirmation is received from EveryPay. In rare cases manual review may be required; in such circumstances we finalise activation within 24 hours and contact you via email.
6. Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month using the token provided by EveryPay. You may cancel renewal at any time from the Billing section or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund earlier payments. For one-time Pro Console upgrades no further billing occurs after the initial payment.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy describes situations where refunds are possible, including statutory rights to cancel digital services within 14 days if activation has not yet occurred. Restrictions and timelines are summarised again on the checkout screen prior to payment.
8. Privacy and Security
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by EveryPay in compliance with PCI DSS. We never store full card numbers on Threat Radar systems.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Latvia unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
