Data Controller

SEQ SIA is the controller for the personal data processed in connection with Threat Radar.

Data We Collect

  • Identification data (name, email address, company details) provided during onboarding.
  • Usage data such as API calls, login timestamps, and threat monitoring preferences.
  • Billing information provided to EveryPay (card data is handled by EveryPay and is not stored on Threat Radar systems).

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process data to deliver the Threat Radar service, fulfil contracts with customers, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations, and improve our platform. Marketing communication is sent only with explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Account data is retained for the lifespan of the user account and up to five years afterward to meet record-keeping obligations. Threat intelligence usage metrics are stored in aggregated form for analytics.

Sharing and Transfers

We share data with trusted processors such as EveryPay (payment processing), hosting providers, and analytics partners necessary to operate the service. All processors are bound by data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate. To exercise your rights, contact us at radar@offseq.com.

Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security monitoring. Payment card information is processed exclusively by PCI DSS compliant providers.
