Description

A vulnerability in open-iscsi's iscsiuio component allows an unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent network segment to cause a denial of service. This occurs due to an integer underflow and out-of-bounds read during DHCPv6 packet parsing when processing crafted DHCPv6 Advertise messages with short UDP lengths. Exploitation leads to process crashes or service disruption during active DHCPv6 exchanges.
