Upgrade aiohttp to version 1.3.3_2 or later where the issue is fixed. The vendor has provided an official patch that restores correct host-only cookie behavior after persistence. No additional mitigation is required once the patch is applied.
Description
A vulnerability in aiohttp's CookieJar persistence causes host-only cookies saved and later restored from disk to lose their host-only status. This results in cookies being sent to subdomains that should not receive them, potentially exposing sensitive session data. The issue affects versions from 1.0.1 up to but not including 1.3.3_2. A patch is available in version 1.3.3_2 that fixes this behavior.
