Technical Analysis
APITable through version 1.13.0-beta.1 exposes the internal organization loadOrSearch endpoint without requiring authentication. This allows unauthenticated attackers to enumerate member names, email addresses, and team hierarchy by querying the endpoint using space identifiers obtained from shared or public resources. The vulnerability is identified as CWE-306 (Missing Authentication for Critical Function) and has a CVSS v3.1 score of 7.5, indicating high severity. No patch or remediation information is provided, and the product is not a cloud service, so remediation status is unknown.
Potential Impact
Unauthenticated attackers can access sensitive organizational information including member names, email addresses, and team hierarchy. This exposure can lead to privacy violations and may facilitate further targeted attacks or social engineering. There is no indication of impact on integrity or availability.
Mitigation Recommendations
Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to shared links and public templates that expose space identifiers, and monitor for unauthorized access attempts. Avoid exposing sensitive workspace information publicly.
