Description

A denial of service (DoS) vulnerability exists in Django versions prior to 3.2.21, 4.1.11, and 4.2.5. The issue is in the django.utils.encoding.uri_to_iri() function, which can be triggered by inputs containing a very large number of Unicode characters. This may cause the application to become unresponsive or crash.
