Description
CVE-2025-1397 is a missing authorization vulnerability in WSO2 Universal Gateway affecting multiple versions prior to fixed releases. The flaw occurs when using JWT Bearer or SAML2 Bearer grant types, where the system does not verify if the Identity Provider (IDP) is disabled before issuing access tokens. This allows an attacker to obtain access tokens from a disabled IDP, potentially bypassing security controls and accessing protected resources.
