Until a fix is available, avoid running affected kernel versions on vulnerable hardware or disable the brcmfmac driver if feasible.
Description
CVE-2025-21750 is a vulnerability in the Linux kernel's brcmfmac WiFi driver where the return value of of_property_read_string_index() was not checked. This led to a crash due to passing an uninitialized pointer to devm_kstrdup(), causing a kernel page fault. The issue was observed on MacBookPro14,3 hardware running kernel versions between 6.10 and 6.11. The vulnerability results in a denial of service via kernel crash.
