What to do

AI-suggested

A fix for this vulnerability has been implemented in the Linux kernel. Users and administrators should apply the official Linux kernel updates that include this patch to remediate the issue. Patch status is not explicitly confirmed in the provided data; therefore, verify with the Linux kernel vendor advisory for the exact fixed versions and update accordingly.

Description

A use-after-free (UAF) vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Bluetooth ISO subsystem was identified and resolved. The issue occurs in the iso_conn_free function when the conn->sk pointer is not set to NULL, potentially leading to a UAF condition. This vulnerability is similar to a previously known issue in sco_conn_free. The vulnerability has been fixed in the Linux kernel.
