Upgrade Poppler to version 25.06.0 or later, where the use-after-free vulnerability has been fixed by addressing the reference count overflow issue. No other mitigations are indicated.

Description

CVE-2025-52886 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Poppler PDF rendering library affecting versions prior to 25.06.0. The issue arises because Poppler uses a 32-bit std::atomic_int for reference counting, which can overflow and lead to use-after-free conditions. This flaw is patched in version 25.06.0.
