AI-suggested
Users should upgrade to version 2.5 or later once available or apply any vendor advisories if published. Until then, avoid processing untrusted MP4 files with affected versions of GPAC Project/MP4Box.
Description
A segmentation violation in the GetESD function (/isomedia/track.c) of GPAC Project/MP4Box before 2.5 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted MP4 file.
