Technical Analysis

This vulnerability in Google Android's CPM component allows a local attacker with System execution privileges to cause information disclosure due to a confused deputy problem. The flaw does not require user interaction to be exploited. No CVSS score or detailed technical data is available, and no patch or remediation details have been provided.

Potential Impact

An attacker with System execution privileges on the affected Android device could gain access to sensitive information that should otherwise be protected. Since System privileges are required, the impact is limited to scenarios where such privileges are already obtained. There is no indication of remote exploitation or user interaction needed.
