Users should verify with the vendor for any updates or patches. Until a fix is available, site administrators should enforce strict comment moderation to prevent untrusted comments from being visible, as this is a prerequisite for exploitation.

Description

The Dynific Addons for Elementor WordPress plugin (formerly Anywhere Elementor) up to version 1.3.0 is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution due to improper validation before calling do_shortcode. This allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes if a public post rendered with an AE template includes the AE Post Comments widget and the attacker's comment is visible. Exploitation requires either a previously approved comment or relaxed comment moderation.
