Published: 09/30/2026 (09/30/2026, 00:19:11 UTC)
Source: CVE Database V5
Vendor/Project: beenuar
Product: AiSOC

Description

AiSOC versions 7.5.0 before 12.0.0 use a hard-coded constant for JWT verification in the realtime WebSocket and SSE service when the AISOC_REALTIME_JWT_SECRET environment variable is not set. Unauthenticated attackers can forge subscription tickets with arbitrary tenant identifiers to access cross-tenant live alerts, cases, agent events and graph updates through the realtime endpoints.

Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-103055 describes a vulnerability in beenuar AiSOC versions 7.5.0 up to but not including 12.0.0, where a hard-coded constant is used as the cryptographic key for JWT verification in realtime WebSocket and SSE services when the AISOC_REALTIME_JWT_SECRET environment variable is unset. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to forge subscription tickets with arbitrary tenant identifiers, granting unauthorized access to cross-tenant live alerts, cases, agent events, and graph updates via realtime endpoints.

Potential Impact

The vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass tenant isolation controls by forging JWT tokens, leading to unauthorized access to sensitive realtime data across tenants. This compromises confidentiality and potentially integrity of live alerts, cases, agent events, and graph updates within the affected AiSOC deployments.

Mitigation Recommendations

A fix is available in AiSOC version 12.0.0 and later. Users should upgrade to version 12.0.0 or newer to remediate this vulnerability. Until upgraded, ensure the AISOC_REALTIME_JWT_SECRET environment variable is properly set to a secure value to avoid fallback to the hard-coded key.
