CVE-2026-107824: CWE-306: Missing Authentication for Critical Function in duty1g x64dbg-mcp-server
Description
x64dbg-MCP Server versions prior to 1.1 lack authentication for critical debugger functions exposed over HTTP. This allows any unauthenticated network client with access to the default ports (9094 for x64, 9095 for x32) to execute arbitrary debugger commands, attach to processes, manipulate debuggee memory, and write files to arbitrary paths. The vulnerability is fixed in version 1.1.

Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-107824 describes a missing authentication vulnerability (CWE-306) in x64dbg-MCP Server before version 1.1. The server exposes the full Model Context Protocol debugger functionality over HTTP and SSE interfaces without requiring authentication while listening on all interfaces (0.0.0.0) by default. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to perform sensitive debugger operations including arbitrary command execution, process attachment by PID, memory read/write, and arbitrary file writes. The issue is resolved in version 1.1.
Potential Impact
An unauthenticated remote attacker with network access to the default ports can fully control the debugger functionality, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution, unauthorized process manipulation, and file system modifications. This represents a critical security risk due to the high level of control granted without any authentication.
Mitigation Recommendations
Upgrade x64dbg-MCP Server to version 1.1 or later, where authentication is enforced for all debugger functions exposed over the network. Until upgrading, restrict network access to the default ports (9094 for x64, 9095 for x32) to trusted clients only to reduce exposure.
