Published: 10/13/2026 (10/13/2026, 18:30:54 UTC)
Source: CVE Database V5
Vendor/Project: jetlinks
Product: JetLinks Community

Description

JetLinks Community through 2.10.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows users with only query access to enable or disable any alarm configuration. Because the AlarmConfigController _enable and _disable endpoints lack the save action annotation, attackers can toggle alarms by id to silence alerts for monitored devices.

Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-110110 describes a missing authorization vulnerability in JetLinks Community through version 2.10.0. Users with only query access can exploit the lack of save action annotations on the AlarmConfigController's _enable and _disable endpoints to enable or disable alarm configurations. This allows attackers to silence alerts for monitored devices without proper authorization.

Potential Impact

Attackers with limited query access can toggle alarm configurations, potentially silencing alerts for monitored devices. This could reduce the effectiveness of monitoring and incident detection but does not directly compromise system confidentiality, integrity, or availability beyond alarm management.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict query access to trusted users only and monitor for unauthorized alarm configuration changes.
