Description

CVE-2026-111100 is a medium severity vulnerability in Kiloview E3 Firmware where the ONVIF device service responds to certain informational requests without requiring authentication. Technical Analysis

The ONVIF device service on Kiloview E3 Firmware versions from 0 up to but not including 1.30 responds to specific informational requests without authentication. This vulnerability (CWE-306: Missing Authentication for Critical Function) enables remote unauthenticated parties to obtain detailed device identifiers and user account information including privilege levels. Although no direct integrity or availability impact is indicated, the information disclosure aids attackers in reconnaissance and preparation for credential-based attacks.

Potential Impact

An unauthenticated remote attacker can obtain sensitive device information and user account details, which can be used to fingerprint devices and plan targeted credential attacks. The confidentiality impact is limited to information disclosure; there is no direct impact on integrity or availability.

Mitigation Recommendations

No vendor advisory or patch information is provided. Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict network access to the ONVIF service to trusted parties only to reduce exposure.
