CVE-2026-111605: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in dromara Jpom
Description
Jpom versions up to 2.11.12 have an authorization bypass vulnerability in the SshFileController. Authenticated users with SSH file permissions in any workspace can access and manipulate files on SSH hosts of other workspaces by supplying foreign SSH asset IDs. This affects multiple file operation endpoints, allowing reading, modification, deletion, renaming, and folder creation on unauthorized SSH hosts.

Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-111605 describes an authorization bypass vulnerability in dromara Jpom through version 2.11.12. The flaw exists in the SshFileController component, where authenticated users with SSH file permissions in one workspace can supply SSH asset IDs belonging to other workspaces. This allows them to invoke endpoints such as download, upload, read_file_data.json, update_file_data.json, delete.json, rename.json, and new_file_folder.json to perform unauthorized file operations on SSH hosts outside their authorized workspace boundaries.
Potential Impact
An attacker with legitimate SSH file permissions in any workspace can bypass authorization controls to access and manipulate files on SSH hosts of other workspaces. This can lead to unauthorized disclosure, modification, or deletion of files across workspace boundaries, potentially compromising data integrity and confidentiality.
Mitigation Recommendations
Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until an official fix is available, restrict SSH file permissions carefully and monitor for unusual access patterns involving SSH asset IDs from other workspaces.
