Technical Analysis

The vulnerability exists in fushengqian fuint through commit 57ec018, where an insecure direct object reference (IDOR) allows authenticated members to read booking details of other users by supplying arbitrary bookId values to the /clientApi/book/myBookDetail endpoint. The auto-increment nature of bookId facilitates iterative access to multiple records without proper authorization checks.

Potential Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability can lead to unauthorized disclosure of personal and booking-related information of other users, including contact details and verification codes. This could result in privacy violations and potential misuse of sensitive data. The CVSS 4.0 base score is 5.3, indicating a medium severity impact.

Mitigation Recommendations

No patch or official fix information is provided in the available data. Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to the affected API endpoint and implement proper authorization checks to ensure users can only access their own booking records.
