Description

CVE-2026-114627 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Web-Simple for Perl versions before 0.036. The issue arises because values interpolated into double-quoted strings in HTML::Tags output are not properly escaped, allowing an attacker controlling such a value to inject script code into the generated HTML page. This vulnerability is fixed in version 0.036.
