Upgrade to svg-sanitizer version 1.1.0 or later, where this uncaught exception vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigation is required as the fix is available and should be applied promptly.

Description

A vulnerability in darylldoyle's svg-sanitizer versions from 0.11.0 up to but not including 1.1.0 allows attackers to cause an uncaught exception by submitting well-formed XML documents lacking a top-level svg root element. This leads to a LogicException being thrown by the Sanitizer::sanitize() function, which can crash processes or bypass upload rejection mechanisms.
