AI-suggested

Upgrade the Ever Accounting plugin to version 2.3.3 or later, where the vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigation is required as the fix restricts file path inputs to allowed directories.

Description

A vulnerability in the Ever Accounting WordPress plugin before version 2.3.3 allows users with the Accounting Manager role to delete arbitrary files on the server by supplying a file path outside allowed directories to the CSV import routine. This can lead to critical files like wp-config.php being deleted, potentially taking the entire site offline.
