Users should monitor the vendor's advisory for updates and consider restricting contributor-level access until a fix is available. Applying principle of least privilege to user roles may reduce risk.

Description

JoomSport plugin for WordPress versions up to 5.7.11 contains an SQL Injection vulnerability via the 'team_id' parameter. Authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this flaw to append additional SQL queries and extract sensitive database information. The vulnerability occurs when a season lacks an associated joomsport_tournament term, which is the default for new seasons.
