If you cannot patch yet, restrict access to FTPS services to trusted IPs and monitor for suspicious AUTH TLS activity from shared IP addresses.

Description

vsftpd versions up to 3.0.5 contain a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in the ssl_data_accept() function. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers who share the victim's source IP address to hijack FTPS data connections by resuming their own TLS session ticket. Exploitation involves obtaining a ticket via AUTH TLS and then connecting to the victim's PASV port to intercept downloads or inject uploads.
