Until a fix is available, restrict access to the read_document method and monitor for suspicious use by authenticated users.

Description

ERPNext OCR app (erpnext_ocr) versions up to 1.1.1 contain a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability combined with missing authorization and path traversal issues. Authenticated users can exploit the whitelisted read_document method by supplying arbitrary file paths or URLs, allowing unauthorized reading of server files and internal service endpoints. This bypasses Frappe's File doctype permission model and exposes private user uploads and internal resources.
