Users should avoid configuring Feed-to-Post imports from untrusted or attacker-controlled RSS feed URLs. Monitor vendor advisories for updates or patches addressing this vulnerability. Since the vulnerability requires administrative action to enable exploitation, restricting administrative access and validating feed sources can reduce risk.

Description

The RSS Aggregator by Feedzy WordPress plugin versions up to 5.2.13 contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the 'item_title' parameter parsed from RSS feed titles. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts that execute when users view the affected pages. Exploitation requires an administrator to have configured a Feed-to-Post import from an attacker-controlled feed URL, enabling the attacker to rotate payloads without further interaction.
