Users should monitor vendor advisories for updates. Until a fix is available, restrict subscriber-level user permissions where possible and consider additional input filtering or web application firewall rules to mitigate exploitation risks.

Description

The wpForo Forum plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the 'post[body]' parameter affecting all versions up to and including 3.2.2. Authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts that execute when other users view the affected pages. This vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping.
