AI-suggested

Upgrade to CGI::Carp version 5.00 or later, where the issue has been fixed by clearing the warnings buffer between requests. No other mitigation is indicated.

Description

CGI::Carp versions prior to 5.00 for Perl contain a vulnerability where warnings generated in one user's request can leak into the HTML response of another user's request in persistent environments such as mod_perl, FastCGI, or PSGI. This occurs because a package-level buffer holding warnings is not cleared between requests, causing exposure of data elements across sessions.
