Description
CVE-2026-121491 is a code injection vulnerability in the Fiber Admin WordPress plugin versions 3.1.0 up to but not including 4.0.1. The flaw arises because the plugin does not validate or escape a request header before writing it into a PHP file during an unprotected admin hook. This allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code if the plugin's custom database error page is enabled and they successfully race against an administrator saving settings.
