Description
CVE-2026-121964 is a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in FreeRDP versions before 3.32.2. It occurs in the RD Gateway RPC client due to improper bounds checking when writing RPC fragments into a persistent PDU stream. An attacker controlling or compromising an RD Gateway can exploit this flaw by sending specially crafted RPC fragments to overwrite client heap memory, potentially causing a crash or arbitrary code execution. The issue is fixed in FreeRDP version 3.32.2.
