AI-suggested

Until a fix is available, restrict agent access to trusted users only and monitor for suspicious access patterns to ticket print endpoints.

Description

Faveo Helpdesk versions up to 2.0.3 have an authorization bypass vulnerability in the TicketController's ticket_print function and the pdfThread endpoint. Authenticated agents can access tickets from other departments by requesting arbitrary ticket IDs, allowing them to view full conversation threads in PDF format without proper access checks.
