Description

CVE-2026-14669 is a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in PostgreSQL's to_char(timestamptz) function. It allows an attacker who can choose the timezone to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the operating system user running the database. The vulnerability affects PostgreSQL versions prior to 18.5, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24.
