Users should upgrade the AWS Load Balancer Controller to version 3.4.2 or later to remediate this vulnerability. Since this is a cloud-managed controller, the vendor manages remediation for the cloud-hosted service, but customers running the controller themselves must apply the update.
Description
CVE-2026-15738 is a vulnerability in Amazon AWS Load Balancer Controller versions before 3.4.2 where improper isolation in Gateway API listener-rule generation allows an authenticated remote user to intercept, spoof, or deny gRPC traffic of another namespace on a shared Gateway by crafting a malicious HTTPRoute resource. The issue is resolved by upgrading to version 3.4.2.
