Description

CVE-2026-18617 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Data Science Pipelines Operator (DSPO) component of Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI). A namespace editor can exploit improper control of the spec.database.customExtraParams field to inject malicious parameters into the MySQL DSN string. This enables the LOCAL INFILE feature, allowing exfiltration of sensitive files such as the operator pod's service account token.
