AI-suggested
A fix is available and has been applied in the Linux kernel source code by marking swsusp_arch_resume() as __nocfi to disable the problematic CFI check. Users should update to the fixed kernel versions to resolve this issue.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel arm64 architecture related to the swsusp_arch_resume() function has been resolved. The issue causes a data abort (DABT) on Android-based systems when resuming from hibernation due to a mismatch in Control Flow Integrity (CFI) checks. The fix disables the CFI check on swsusp_arch_resume() by marking it with __nocfi.
