Description
CVE-2026-31470 is a vulnerability in the Linux kernel's TDX guest component where the handling of a host-controlled 'quote' buffer length was incorrect. The flaw allowed the host to specify a response length larger than the guest's allocated buffer, potentially causing the guest to read beyond its allocated memory. This could lead to information leakage across container boundaries in TDX environments with remote attestation. The issue has been fixed in the Linux kernel.
