Users should update to the fixed kernel versions to prevent key material leakage. No additional mitigation is required if the kernel is updated.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's crash_dump component allowed partial exposure of dm-crypt key bytes through debug logging in the read_key_from_user_keying function. This issue has been resolved by stopping the logging of any key bytes to prevent leakage of sensitive cryptographic material.
