Published: 07/07/2026 (07/07/2026, 03:21:52 UTC)
Source: CVE Database V5
Vendor/Project: coollabsio
Product: coolify

Description

Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.464, the cloneTo() Livewire action in ResourceOperations.php authorizes the source resource but resolves destination resources with unscoped Eloquent lookups, allowing an authenticated user to clone resources into destinations owned by other teams and access cross-tenant resources. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.464.

Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-34037 is an authorization bypass vulnerability (CWE-639) in coollabsio's Coolify product. The vulnerability exists because the cloneTo() Livewire action authorizes the source resource but performs unscoped Eloquent lookups for destination resources. This allows an authenticated user to clone resources into destinations owned by other teams, resulting in unauthorized cross-tenant resource access. The vulnerability is resolved in version 4.0.0-beta.464.

Potential Impact

An authenticated user can bypass authorization controls to clone resources into other teams' destinations, leading to unauthorized access to cross-tenant resources. This can result in confidentiality and integrity violations with high impact, as indicated by the CVSS score of 9.9 (critical). Availability impact is low.

Mitigation Recommendations

Upgrade to coolify version 4.0.0-beta.464 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. No other official remediation or temporary fixes are documented. Patch status is not explicitly confirmed in the vendor advisory, but the description states the issue is fixed in 4.0.0-beta.464.
