AI-suggested
Since the affected versions are prior to 2026.3.31 and the description references an incomplete fix, users should upgrade to version 2026.3.31 or later once available. Until then, consider implementing network-level controls to limit the size of WebSocket frames or rate-limit connections to mitigate resource exhaustion risks.
Description
CVE-2026-41400 is a medium severity vulnerability in OpenClaw before version 2026.3.31. It involves an incomplete fix for a previous issue (CVE-2026-32062) where the voice-call component processes large WebSocket frames before validating the start of the connection. This allows remote attackers to send oversized pre-start WebSocket frames, leading to excessive resource consumption and potential denial of service.
