What to do
AI-suggested
A fix is available in Mahara versions 25.04.5 and 26.04.0 and later. Users should upgrade to at least these versions to remediate the vulnerability. Since this is not a cloud service, manual patching by upgrading the affected software versions is required. Patch status is confirmed by the version information provided.
Description
Mahara versions before 25.04.5 and 26.04.0 have a vulnerability where artefacts can be accessed by unauthorized users if the file path to an artefact in a page is manipulated. This allows exposure of sensitive content due to improper access control related to file path handling.
