A fix is available in the Linux kernel as identified by the fixed commit hashes. Users and administrators should update to a Linux kernel version that includes these fixes to prevent crashes caused by this vulnerability.

Description

CVE-2026-43213 is a vulnerability in the Linux kernel's rtw89 PCI wifi driver where an abnormal sequence number in the TX release report can cause an out-of-bounds access leading to a NULL pointer dereference and kernel crash. This occurs because the sequence number is not properly validated before use. The issue has been fixed in specific Linux kernel commits.
