Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's f2fs filesystem code could lead to uninitialized value access during node footer sanity checks. This occurs when reading data from the device into memory fails, potentially causing the kernel to access uninitialized memory. The issue has been fixed in multiple Linux kernel versions.
