AI-suggested

Upgrade OpenClaw to version 2026.4.14 or later where this redaction bypass vulnerability is fixed. Restrict configuration read access to trusted users to minimize risk until the update is applied.

Description

OpenClaw versions before 2026.4.14 have a vulnerability that allows authenticated gateway clients with configuration read access to bypass redaction controls and access unredacted sensitive information. This includes provider API keys, gateway authentication credentials, and channel credentials that should have been redacted in the sourceConfig and runtimeConfig alias fields.
