A fix is available that restricts WoW offloads to the primary link only, preventing firmware crashes. Users should update to patched versions of the linux-hwe-edge kernel as listed in the affected versions to remediate this issue.

Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ath12k WiFi driver caused the WCN7850 firmware to crash when Wake on Wireless (WoW) offloads were enabled on both primary and secondary links in a multi-link connection. The issue was fixed by restricting WoW offloads to only the primary link.
