CVE-2026-58815: Elevation of privilege in Google Android

This vulnerability arises from improper bounds checking in multiple parts of the Android operating system, leading to possible out-of-bounds writes. Such memory corruption can be exploited locally to elevate privileges without needing any prior execution privileges or user interaction, potentially allowing an attacker to gain higher-level access on the device.

Successful exploitation results in local privilege escalation on affected Android devices, enabling attackers to gain elevated privileges from a lower-privileged context. There is no requirement for user interaction or additional execution privileges, increasing the risk of exploitation in local attack scenarios.
