Description

CVE-2026-59328 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Spring Tools for Eclipse versions 5.2.0 and earlier. The issue arises because the Spring Boot starter wizard renders dependency tooltips in an embedded browser with JavaScript enabled, allowing arbitrary script execution if untrusted Initializr endpoints are used.
