Technical Analysis

This vulnerability affects Oracle iReceivables versions 12.2.3 to 12.2.15 and involves improper access control (CWE-284) in the AR Web Utilities component. It enables an attacker with network access and low privileges to perform unauthorized operations on critical data, including creation, deletion, and modification. The CVSS vector (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N) indicates network attack vector, low attack complexity, low privileges required, no user interaction, unchanged scope, and high confidentiality and integrity impacts. The vendor advisory from Oracle (July 2026 Critical Patch Update) does not explicitly confirm a patch for this specific vulnerability but strongly urges customers to apply all available security patches without delay. The vulnerability is classified as high severity with no known exploits reported.

Potential Impact

Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data within Oracle iReceivables, compromising confidentiality and integrity of all accessible data. There is no impact on availability. This could result in significant data breaches or manipulation within affected Oracle iReceivables environments.

Mitigation Recommendations

Oracle's July 2026 Critical Patch Update advisory recommends applying security patches promptly to address vulnerabilities in Oracle products. Although no explicit patch or remediation level is stated for CVE-2026-60732, customers should review the July 2026 CPU documentation and apply all relevant patches for Oracle iReceivables versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15. Maintaining up-to-date patching is the primary mitigation. No vendor advisory states that no action is required or that the issue is already mitigated.
