Description

CVE-2026-66875 affects Mira hormone monitor device firmware version 1.7.1.47. A remote unauthenticated attacker within Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) range can rebind the device to their own account, extract hormone measurement data in cleartext, cause denial-of-service via malformed commands, and track the user due to a static BLE address that does not rotate.
