AI-suggested
A fix is available in WolfVision Cynap firmware versions 1.78a, 2.00d, and 1.72e. Customers should upgrade to these or later versions to remediate the vulnerability. Since MICE is disabled by default, ensuring it remains disabled if not required reduces risk. No additional mitigation is indicated by the vendor advisory.
Description
CVE-2026-70380 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in the Miracast over Infrastructure Connection Establishment (MICE) service of WolfVision Cynap devices. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to MICE can exhaust connection capacity, blocking legitimate Miracast connections. Miracast P2P is unaffected, and MICE is disabled by default, requiring explicit customer enablement. Some devices may experience complete Miracast disruption when WLAN is in Infrastructure mode. Fixed versions are 1.78a, 2.00d, and 1.72e.
